Yesterday’s Food Journal

Breakfast: 2 cups of green tea (0 cal)
1 Malteser (10 cal)

Lunch: Carrot Sticks dipped in Balsamic Vinegar [weird I know but I was somewhat craving bruschetta so this helped]     (35+14 = 49 cal)
More Green Tea (0 cal)

Snacks: 2 Red Gummi Bears (17 cal)

Dinner: 2 Tablespoons of Slow Cooked Paprika Chicken [eaten in the bath and cold so I didn’t go back for seconds] (less than 240 cal)
Even more Green Tea (0 cal)

Total: 316 cal

I didn’t do any exercise other than walking to and from my classes at uni and then back up to my car, but I’m super happy with how yesterday went food wise.
